30th November, 2012, captained by Ms. Yunhui Tan, the vice party sectary of School of Information Technology, Cheng Huang, Zebiao Cai and Shunrong Du, who won the Outstanding Reward in Guangdong Division, attended the final completion in Changzhou. Competing with students from 350 universities including Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Northwest University, and Xiamen University, BNUZ team has won the second prize.

In order to better display their works, the three students practiced delivering a speech about the works for several times, and were also willing to exchange their experience with other competitors.

Introduction to 3D Digital Innovation Design Competition:

3DDS, short for 3D Digital Innovation Design Competition, is a public welfare competition, which reflects the demand for progress in technology and upgrade in industry.

3DDS has several branches: industry & engineering (industry design, mechanical and electrical engineering structure design, reversal design, engineering analysis, Industrial simulation, mold design and CNC programming), digital representation (industry design, CG & digital art design, video design), digital architecture BIM (digital architecture BIM design), 3D innovation, 3D filming/ DV filming; totally has over 30 competitions, covering all fields of 3D application.
