In the afternoon of Dec. 27th, 14 students from BNUZ Graduate School had an academic seminar with other 12 students from the University of Macau together discussing the topic of “Chinese Road”.
Deputy of Party Secretary Dr. Dai Wei also attended the seminar and delivered an address. Taking the Hengqin Campus of UM and BNUZ as an example, he illustrated the trend of the higher education in China and then expressed his hope that all the young students from Mainland and HK and Macau could seek for the truth and make contributions to China’s future development. Prof. Liu Zhenhuan, Director of Political Theory and Educational Research Department, also elaborated on the topic of “Chinese Road”.

The Free Discussion Section brought the seminar into a new high with all the participating students expressing their ideas on the topic. Later on, the students also had a heated discussion on how to perfect the system of “Multi-party Consultation and Political Negotiation”, how to interpret the meaning of the professionalization of NPC members and other topics as well.
Both the students from Mainland and Macau are satisfied with the results of this seminar and they also promised to hold more communications and exchanges in the near future so as to improve their study and also further focus on the development of China.
