On November 28th, 2013, the 4th Academic Conference on Management and Legal Systems for Land Resources, sponsored by Law Center of Ministry of Land and Resources, China, was successfully held at the International Exchange Center of China University of Geosciences, Beijing. More than 100 experts from the Ministry of Land and Resources and its affiliated administration and research institutions attended the conference. Mr. Hu Cunzhi, Vice Minister of Ministry of Land and Resources and Mr. Xie Jingrong, Vice Chairman of All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, delivered speeches respectively during the conference. From the perspective of innovating and practicing law theories and law-based administration, the experts exchanged their opinions at a multi-dimensional and in-depth level on social hot issues and difficult issues, such as land resources and ecological protection, urban and rural construction land market unity, building a unified land market, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests, etc.

Prof. Huang Wei from School of Real Estate, BNUZ was invited to attend the conference and he discussed on the topic of “Uniform Registration of Real Estate Research”, which is one of the projects sponsored by the Ministry of Land and Resources. He was also interviewed by reporters from People's Daily.
