6th April, 2013, Prof. Volkov Sergey Nicholaevich, president of State University of Land Use Planning (Moscow) visited BNUZ. Prof. Ailan Fu, vice president of BNUZ, Prof. Jiang Hu, dean of School of Real Estate, Prof. Wei Huang, vice dean of School of Real Estate, Dr. Lindi Tang and Dr. Pansy Gan, director of Office of International Affairs greeted Prof. Volkov Sergey Nicholaevich, and a meeting was held in International Centre.

Prof. Ailan Fu welcomed Prof. Volkov, and discussed with him about cooperation project based on memorandum signed by the two parties two years ago. Both parties agreed to start cooperation from faculty and student exchange program. State University of Land Use Planning (Moscow) will send outstanding teachers to lecture in BNUZ, and the two universities will establish co-teaching and co-researching mechanism regarding personnel training. Prof. Volkov has confidence in cooperation with BNUZ, and invited Prof. Ailan Fu for the 235th Anniversary.

Introduction to State University of Land Use Planning (Moscow):
Established on 27th, May, 1779, is the most eminent university in land planning and cadastral management in Russia. It is also the only university that centered in cadastral management, while providing education in technology, science, management, economy and law. It is located in Mexico. There are more than 4000 student and 300 teachers. It provides majors including land planning, urban cadastral, cadastral management, real estate transaction, land planning & cadastral management and applied geodesy.
