On December 18, 2012, the unveiling ceremony of BNUZ Village Construction Practical Base was held at the Town Hall of Lianzhou Town. Relevant governmental leaders and representatives, including Prof. Wei Tang, Party Secretary of BNUZ, Prof. Bofei Yan, Vice President of BNUZ, Dean Jiang Hu from School of Real Estate and other faculties.

The ceremony was held to follow the policy of constructing Happy Villages promoted by Zhuhai Municipal Government, that to encourage resource collaboration between BNUZ and Lianzhou Town, making efforts to promote economic development of the villages.
